UCR Career Center offers graduate and professional school admissions representative cost-effective and time-efficient ways to reach our motivated, ambitious and hardworking students that are interested in attending graduate school. This is an opportunity to showcase the value of your program and discuss the application requirements in a personal setting. Recruiting at UCR will expose your brand to:
- An elite student body of more than 23,000 students representing the top 12% of California High School graduates.
- In 2017, we had 19% of graduating seniors enrolled in a post graduate program at least 6 months after they graduate.
Students have so many options when it comes to graduate and professional schools. Make sure students’ understand your brand, your values and why your university and its program is a good match.
Brand Your University On-Campus
Let students get hands-on with your brand, download it, meet you, learn from you and share it with their friends. When they do, they’ll understand your institution’s value and why your graduate and professional school program(s) is held in such great regard.

Participate in a Graduate and Professional School Career Fair
We’re proud of the impressive array of graduate and professional schools from all over the country that have a footprint at our Career Fairs. UC Riverside has three career fairs that focus on informing students about graduate and professional schools.
These career fairs include: Graduate and Professional School Information Day, Law school Information Day and Health Professions School Information Day.
At every fair, our students connect with graduate and professional school representatives, learn about the variety of graduate and professional school programs available to them and come to understand the values and application requirements of each program. Be sure and check the Career Fair Calendar for a complete list of upcoming fairs.

Schedule a Graduate and Professional School Information Table
Promote your graduate and professional school program near the Highlander Student Union Building!
This is a high-traffic area where a graduate and professional school representative can meet and talk with students about the different programs at your graduate and professional school. Information tables can be scheduled for up to four hours. Tables must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance.
Service Fee: Tabling Fee $200
Recommended Time slots: 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Send Targeted Emails to Students
Reach numerous students and increase your visibility through campus. You can send a targeted email to students registered in our Handshake database to publicize your graduate and professional school event (application deadline, information session, or other graduate and professional school program related messages). There is a limit of one targeted email that can be sent out to students per quarter. Targeted emails must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
Service Fee: $100 per 5,000 students

Participate in a Workshop ior Be a Guest Speaker
