Before we close out the school year, the Career Center would like to provide our employer partners with both a virtual and in-person recruitment option who are seeking to fill just in time hiring needs for full-time, part-time, internships, and summer positions. Employers will have the opportunity to attend one or both events at no additional cost.

The Just in Time Virtual Career Fair on May 7th from 11 AM - 2 PM will be hosted on the hosted on the UCR Handshake video platform and there is no limit to the number of representatives that can attend and 1:1s and group sessions that can be scheduled.   

The Just in Time Career Fair (In-Person) on May 8th from 11 AM - 2 PM will be a pop-up event hosted on the Career Center patio and will be available to a *limited* number of employers, first come first served. 

Both events are open to all majors and all industries

Career Fair Rates (for one or both Fairs):

Virtual Fair Registration includes as many representatives as you’d like for 1:1 timeslots and group sessions with students. Employers will be able to see profiles and public resumes, message students leading up to the fair, and will also be able to download resume books of the students that RSVP for their sessions, making it easy to prepare for and follow up on all of your sessions.

Virtual Fair Sponsorship includes a targeted email blast of up to 5,000 students, promotion in college newsletters leading up to the Fair, company logo added to the description of fairs, a custom resume book, social media promotion, and invitation to pre-Career Fair IG Live event.

In-Person Fair Registration includes two representatives, table, chairs, parking, and refreshments. Space is highly limited and will be first come, first served.
