Below is an array of services the UC Riverside Career Center offers to help you create or increase your company’s recruiting presence on-campus. Take advantage of any or all of the opportunities available.
Become a Featured Employer - $500
Sign up for the UC Riverside Career Center's Featured Employer Program. The Featured Employer Program allows employers to target recruiting information to UC Riverside students for up to one year. As part of the Featured Employer program your company will be exclusively highlighted for one week by the Career Center. This special opportunity strategically promotes your organization through a menu of high profile activities at UC Riverside.
Elements of the program include:
- Company profile and logo featured on Career Center home page.
- Company featured with full page ad on Career Center monitors.
- Company profile available to students for one year on Career Center Website.
- Coordinated information session during your featured week.
- "Featured Employer" booth on campus to showcase your company.
The Featured Employer Program is limited to a maximum of 21 employers. Seven weeks available each quarter during the academic year. The cost is $500 for the week.
The Career Center will coordinate your entire Featured Employer week and create your Employer Profile for you, using text and the logo you provide. You review and approve the profile and advertisement prior to its going live on the Career Center Website and monitors.

Staff an Information Table Outdoor Near the Highlander Union Building - $75
This is a table set up mid-day, typically two to four hours, in the highest traffic portion of the campus. Employers love this informal way to meet and talk with students about employment opportunities.

Host an Employer Information Session - $100
Hosting an information session or coffee chat is one of the easiest ways to attract students and establish a corporate presence on campus. These events help you provide students with information about career opportunities in your organization and enable students to ask questions in an informal manner. These information sessions can be exceptionally successful when done in partnership with student organizations and prior to on-campus interviews. They are typically held at noon or between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The single session fee is $100. To schedule an Information Session, please complete this form. Participate in Workshops or Be a Guest Speaker
A great way to help build your company’s presence on campus and help provide students with job search skills is to partner with the Career Center in co-presenting skills workshops. Opportunities are available to be a co-presenter in LinkedIN profile preparation, interview skills, mock interviewing, professional etiquette and other similar workshops. Opportunities to be on industry expert panels are also available throughout the year.
