Did you know there are hidden barriers between you and your dream job, and they prevent up to 95% of job applications from ever crossing the hiring manager’s desk: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI Interviews.

  • What is an applicant tracking system (ATS)? Applicant tracking systems filter and reject applications to job postings so hiring managers can spend their time reviewing the resumes of top applicants.
  • What is an AI Interview? AI interviews are AI lead interviews used by hiring managers to qualify potential candidates to determine who would be the best fit for the job posted.

Luckily, there are concrete steps you can take to ensure that your resume will make it past the ATS and your AI interviewing skills are up to par.

Quinncia is here to help elevate your resume writing and interview skills so you have the best possible chance of getting to the actual person that does the hiring within an organization.

  • How do you start? Fill out the REQUEST FORM/PRE-SURVEY.  You will not have an active license without filling out this form. You must provide us with your LONG UCR Email (firstname.lastname@email.ucr.edu).
  • If you don’t have a resume already, there will be templates available to download when you log in.
  • Once you have your resume uploaded, review your feedback, and make the improvements and reupload to see if you can beat your score! Need help understanding the resume analysis? Just click here!
  • Now you can schedule your mock interview! You’ll be prompted to schedule your interview on your dashboard page, but additionally, here is a video on how to schedule.
  • There's also a module to help with your LinkedIn profile at no cost.

Make sure you’re prepared! Review Quinncia’s tips and tricks on how to best prepare for AI interviews.

Once you complete your mock interview, be sure to submit it for feedback. You will receive an email once your interview analysis is complete so you can review it. If you need help understanding the interview feedback, just click here!

Keep practicing until you feel comfortable taking interviews that are evaluated by AI. They are becoming more and more prevalent among employers to qualify potential candidates.

If you run into any issues or have any questions, feel free to use the ‘Need Help?’ button at the bottom right of the site to chat with a member of the Quinncia team directly.
