Hiring a Work-Study or LAEP Student

The first step to hiring your student will be posting your position on UCR Handshake. Please note: New job postings are required each year.

All Work-Study & LAEP positions are reviewed by the Career Center team to ensure they align with federal and/or state guidelines and can take up to 5 business days for a response. Contact us at careercenter@ucr.edu if you have any questions related to the job posting process. 

 

    Hiring Student Employees 

On-Campus departments are encouraged and welcome to utilize Handshake for posting their on-campus student employment positions (outside of Work-Study/LAEP positions). These positions will be made available to all students. and posting a job on UCR Handshake is free!
