Interviewing Advice

The interview is one of the most important parts in the job search process.A resume can get you an interview but the interview will get you the job. It is critical that you set aside time to prepare for your interview.Failure to prepare for an interview or to practice your interviewing skills may end up costing you that dream job.

An interview can be seen as either a dreaded ordeal or a welcome opportunity to learn more about a potential position, and a chance to highlight your strengths to assist the employer in determining what a great match you would be for the job. Your attitude will be governed largely by the preparation you do in advance of the interview. Interviews are a little like oral exams. Preparation is the key. Rarely will personality or charisma alone carry the day.
