Learning Center Test Prep Workshops
Each quarter, The Learning Center at UCR offers free skill-building classes and several test preparation workshops for a modest fee. Workshops for GRE, MCAT, and LSAT typically run three to four weeks and cost about $150. All workshops led by professional staff members with advanced degrees, who provide regular evaluations of writings by an experienced college English instructor. Interested students should go to the Learning Center to sign up.
Off Campus Workshops
Kaplan and
Princeton Review are the two most well-known providers of test preparation seminars and materials. Fees range from a few hundred dollars to two thousand dollars depending on the materials and services requested.
